Take responsibility for managing complex administrative tasks and providing outstanding service to clients and advisers
- Accurately and efficiently complete both standard and complex administrative tasks
- Manage case work from receipt to resolution, ensuring full ownership and customer satisfaction
- Proactively and reactively engage with customers, advisers, and other parties via telephone, email, and letter
- Ensure pended work is chased and closed within expected timescales
- Participate in reviewing and updating procedures, contributing to process improvements
- Support clients and advisers through the complaints process
- Contribute to the development of team strategies and assist colleagues through training and support
About You
You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of anti-money laundering regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Decision-making skills within set guidelines and policies
- PC literate, particularly with MS Office products
- Adaptable to change and able to offer fresh perspectives on problem-solving
