The Role

Provide key support to the IFA team and ensure the smooth operation of client services


  • Assist the IFA team with a variety of administrative tasks

  • Coordinate the �Private Client Review� diary and prepare meeting packs

  • Prepare valuations and portfolio reports for private clients

  • Handle client administration tasks such as fund switches, change of details, and death claims

  • Work with the Paraplanning team on new business applications and documentation

  • Answer client queries via phone, email, or post and build relationships with clients and providers

  • Organise, monitor, and delegate daily tasks



About You

You're a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to customer service


  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective time management and coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with Intelliflo CRM is desirable

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
