Support the Compliance Department in ensuring the business operates within the required regulatory framework
- Assess AML/CFT risks for client entities under administration
- Review new business from a compliance perspective, ensuring proper risk rating and CDD/EDD measures
- Complete compliance monitoring programmes and manage high-risk files and PEPs
- Assist with FATCA/CRS classifications and prepare submissions for authorities
About You
You're a meticulous and proactive individual with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience or knowledge of compliance, AML/CFT regulations, and the Isle of Man's regulatory framework
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
