- Handle daily queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Support the global intermediary programme and assist with email marketing campaigns
- Create and enhance dashboards tailored to key business divisions
- Manage pipeline and new business activities while reporting to the Business Development team
- Provide CRM training and support for the team, driving business strategy forward
- Collaborate with finance to identify lost revenue opportunities
About You
You're a creative problem-solver with a passion for data and business development
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking
- Knowledge of funds, corporate, and private wealth sectors is an advantage
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for brand aesthetics
- Experience using social media, content management systems, and design software
