The Role

You will play a key role in supporting statutory work and maintaining client relationships


  • Prepare documentation and minutes for signature and handle correspondence with clients and intermediaries

  • Process and input payments into international banking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Perform annual file reviews and assist with large-scale property purchase and sale completions



About You

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of trust and corporate structures


  • Proven experience in the industry with knowledge of offshore structures

  • Proficient in banking systems, payment methods, and foreign exchange transactions

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, ideally working towards STEP/CG accreditation
