Are you an organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? An independent provider of professional, fiduciary and management services is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Administrator to oversee the smooth running of their office facilities and ensure a safe and efficient working environment

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage essential facilities functions and liaise with key service providers


  • Monitor and manage the maintenance contract with external service providers, ensuring scheduled maintenance is carried out effectively

  • Arrange and coordinate ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, and cleaning requirements for the building

  • Act as the main point of contact for building tenants, handling maintenance, safety, and building-related queries

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing health and safety audits

  • Support general facilities administration, including equipment inventories and archiving requests



About You

You are a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to facilities management


  • Previous experience in a facilities management role, ideally overseeing maintenance contracts and repairs

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement and monitor policies

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records

  • First Aid and Fire Marshal trained
