- Monitor and manage the maintenance contract with external service providers, ensuring scheduled maintenance is carried out effectively
- Arrange and coordinate ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, and cleaning requirements for the building
- Act as the main point of contact for building tenants, handling maintenance, safety, and building-related queries
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing health and safety audits
- Support general facilities administration, including equipment inventories and archiving requests
About You
You are a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to facilities management
- Previous experience in a facilities management role, ideally overseeing maintenance contracts and repairs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement and monitor policies
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
- First Aid and Fire Marshal trained
