You'll be the go-to person for hardware, software, and system support
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for user hardware, software, and systems
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems
- Assist in IT projects related to hardware, software, and business applications
- Complete routine maintenance and keep accurate records of IT assets and changes
- Install, configure, and maintain client machines and software
- Provide IT training for both new and existing employees
About You
You're a problem-solver with a strong background in IT systems and support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 or later, Windows Server 2019 or later
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration and Exchange Online
- Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Strong communication skills and a team player with the ability to resolve technical issues
- Previous relevant experience, with A-levels or a degree in a related field
