- Provide 2nd line incident management and 1st line support cover
- Perform diagnostics, resolution, and recovery of incidents
- Manage audit and compliance tasks
- Support out-of-hours incidents as part of the on-call rota
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes
About You
We're looking for a skilled and proactive individual with:
- Relevant IT qualifications and previous experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and ESX/VMware
- Experience with SAN Storage, VDI, and SQL
- Understanding of Cisco Network Infrastructure, LAN/WAN technologies
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
