- Collaborate with senior management to implement People Operations strategies
- Manage recruitment processes, including starter and leaver procedures
- Develop and maintain People Operations policies that align with business objectives
- Provide guidance on employment law and conduct training as needed
- Handle employee relations and grievances
- Oversee employee records and monitor absence, sickness, and leave requests
- Evaluate market data for salary reviews and benefits packages
About You
You're an experienced People Operations professional with a strong strategic mind set and operational expertise
- CIPD qualification with proven post-qualification experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience in recruitment and senior-level interviews
- Ability to work autonomously and manage complex HR issues
