Are you a qualified and high-performing audit professional looking for an exciting opportunity within the Big Four? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Financial Services assurance division, offering the chance to work with a portfolio of international and local clients

The Role

As an Audit Manager, you'll lead teams and deliver assurance services to clients in the financial services industry


  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure high-quality audit and assurance services

  • Prepare and review audit plans and work to meet performance objectives

  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and variance management

  • Provide guidance to clients and develop solutions for potential risks

  • Lead and coach audit staff, ensuring professional growth and technical excellence

  • Participate in the development of service offerings to meet client needs



About You

To excel in this role, you will need:


  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA)

  • Previous external audit experience, ideally in financial services or insurance

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams of at least 5 members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex client needs
