About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA)
- Previous external audit experience, ideally in financial services or insurance
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams of at least 5 members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex client needs
