The Role

As a Senior Administrator, you will manage a complex portfolio and deliver first-class service to clients and stakeholders.


  • Take administrative responsibility for trusts, companies, and wealth structures

  • Provide technical and general support to Client Directors

  • Deliver high-quality client service, identifying opportunities to enhance relationships

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and manage risk effectively

  • Coach junior colleagues and help manage working capital, including WIP and fee collection



About You

To excel in this role, you will need a strong blend of industry experience, technical skills, and a client-focused mindset.


  • Significant experience in delivering high-quality service to high net worth clients

  • Proven track record in managing complex transactions

  • Sound knowledge of current issues affecting trust and company structures

  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and relationship-building skills

  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification
