Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Investment Operations? A well-established Life Assurance company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact

The Role

Join a leading financial organisation and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of investment transactions


  • Vet client deal instructions, log transactions, and place and authorise deals in the market

  • Ensure investment transactions are executed and reconciled within expected timescales

  • Communicate with customers and external counterparties to ensure all requirements are met

  • Accurately notify policyholders and advisers of investment changes and coordinate responses

  • Support training and coaching of team members to maintain service excellence

  • Ensure compliance with company governance and regulatory requirements

  • Continuously review and improve processes to enhance service levels



About You

You are a detail-focused and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service


  • Diligent and conscientious with a strong eye for accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive "can-do" attitude

  • Experience in training and coaching team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A* - C / 9 � 4) including English and Maths

  • CISI Introduction to Securities qualification desirable but not mandatory
