The Role

Support our client's corporate team with essential administrative tasks:


  • Maintain and manage databases

  • Draft company and trust minutes

  • Prepare payments

  • Assist in the preparation of minutes and other administrative tasks

  • Undertake any ad hoc work as required



About You

Bring your enthusiasm and skills to excel in this trainee role.


  • Some relevant working experience in a professional firm or CSP is advantageous

  • Collaborative team player

  • Willingness to study STEP or ICSA

  • Good academic background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office, experience with Viewpoint is a plus

  • Strong communicator able to develop and maintain client relationships

  • Understanding of trust structures is highly desirable

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
