Description

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a two-month temporary basis! Join an island-based law firm in a role where you can provide excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience


  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Support with post and couriers, and maintain the company archiving database

  • Assist colleagues with various tasks to keep the office running smoothly



About You

Bring your organisation and customer service skills to make an impact


  • Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in a professional setting

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident phone manner

  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment

  • A proactive team player willing to collaborate



The Reward


  • 36.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45-minute lunch break)

  • Full training on internal systems provided

  • Immediate start in a friendly, professional environment

  • 2 month contract
