Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support with post and couriers, and maintain the company archiving database
- Assist colleagues with various tasks to keep the office running smoothly
About You
Bring your organisation and customer service skills to make an impact
- Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- A proactive team player willing to collaborate
The Reward
- 36.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45-minute lunch break)
- Full training on internal systems provided
- Immediate start in a friendly, professional environment
- 2 month contract
