- Provide support to customers and colleagues in our contact centres
- Investigate queries and offer insights to improve processes
- Identify and address barriers to performance to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with operational centres to increase knowledge and efficiency
- Log incidents, review trends and seek opportunities for automation
- Focus on improving customer service and experiences
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience analysing and using performance data
- The ability to communicate information clearly and simply, previous retail experience would be desirable
- An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
