- Be the single point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and online channels
- Provide support on customer queries, faults, and service requests
- Promote and advise on products and services including Fibre, broadband, and mobile
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely and clear communication
- Perform routine administration tasks such as customer data management and order processing
