Description

Join an International Life Assurance Organisation, based in Castletown as a Customer Services Administrator on a 6 month contract.

The Role

You will be a point of contact for regulatory, technical administration assistance and relationship management to brokers and the sales team. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Review new business applications for quality and regulatory compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and procedures

  • Contact Financial Advisers and Customers for necessary information

  • Manage client setup and ongoing servicing on our systems



About You

Are you equipped with the skills and experience needed to excel in this role?


  • Proven financial services experience, preferably in new business

  • Effective management of customer and staff relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance consistently
