- Review new business applications for quality and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and procedures
- Contact Financial Advisers and Customers for necessary information
- Manage client setup and ongoing servicing on our systems

- Proven financial services experience, preferably in new business
- Effective management of customer and staff relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
