The Role

As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting property transactions and providing exceptional client service.


  • Assist senior conveyancers in managing property transactions from start to finish

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer documents, and leases

  • Conduct property searches and inquiries to gather vital information

  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

  • Attend training and development sessions to further your knowledge of property law



About You

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with previous experience within property law and conveyancing.


  • Previous administration experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a legal or conveyancing setting

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above

  • Familiarity with property transactions and basic legal terminology

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, team oriented approach to work
