The Role
Join a high-performing team and take charge of operational excellence in vessel management
- Execute vessel operations efficiently, managing voyage schedules and instructions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with recaps, contracts, and instructions
- Monitor voyages and oversee critical updates, including ETA/ETB/ETS, stowage plans, and bunker supply
- Manage laytime calculations, freight payments, and voyage closures
- Maintain professional communication with vessel owners, charterers, brokers, and agents
About You
We're looking for someone who knows the ropes and is ready to navigate the complexities of vessel operations
- Proficiency in vessel operations and a solid understanding of charter party terms
- Strong organisational skills to manage data and oversee voyage execution details
- Experience in managing voyage schedules, laytime, and port disbursement accounts
- Knowledge of marine insurance, including P&I and war risk coverage, is a plus
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
