The Role
Take on a diverse and exciting role where you'll manage IT systems, workflows, customer service, and operational processes
- Assist with providing first-response communication for client support and new equipment needs
- Assist with user administration tasks such as password resets and permissions
- Monitor systems and perform daily health checks
- Configure IT endpoints including desk phones, laptops, and desktops
- Handle purchasing, procurement, and stock control of IT equipment and licensing
- Manage the workshop, stock control and implement operational process improvements
- Coach and Mentor team members to ensure workload prioritisation throughout.
- Oversee quality management, GDPR, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support workflow optimisation
About You
You are organised, proactive, and dedicated to providing excellent service and IT solutions
- Experience in an IT service desk, customer service role, or busy office environment
- Experience with leading small teams to deliver exceptional service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, MacOS Office suite, iOS and Android devices, operational IT systems and CRM platforms
- Experienced with Microsoft Modern Workplace and integrations with other platforms such as Apple Business
- Management, would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse individuals at all levels utilising collaboration tools such as Teams
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, stock control, and workshop management
- Knowledge of process improvements and workflow development and streamlining
- CompTIA certification and a full driving licence are advantageous
- Professional, empathetic, and driven by a commitment to operational excellence
- Thrives in a changing environment, able to identify and adapt to change quickly, updating processes when required
