The Role

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role focused on ensuring operational excellence in payments and customer service.

  • Process and book foreign exchange transactions

  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers

  • Identify and recommend improvements to operations

  • Manage inward and outward payment queues

  • Support the resolution of payment investigation queries

  • Assist the manager in workflow management and team support



About You

You will bring experience in banking operations and the ability to thrive in a detail-focused environment.

  • Previous experience in general banking

  • Strong skills in managing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • A proactive and positive approach to team working

  • Competency in payment processing and client relationship management

  • A commitment to upholding high standards and delivering quality output
