The Role

Be at the forefront of regulatory reporting and disclosures, driving excellence across global operations.

• Assist with deploying and adopting a global regulatory reporting and disclosures strategy


• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and measure key performance indicators


• Engage with local tax authorities to resolve queries


• Document and update processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes


• Implement new regulatory requirements and ensure deadlines are met


• Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders


• Manage a high-performing team, focusing on targets and career development


• Embed a culture of client focus, innovation, and compliance


• Support the development of Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Service Line

About You

You bring expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional results in a complex regulatory environment.

• Fully qualified with a background in Finance, Accounting, Legal, or a related field


• Strong technical knowledge of FATCA/CRS


• A minimum of ten years� experience in fiduciary or fund administration


• Proven ability to manage and influence at a senior level


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Collaborative approach with a track record of building effective relationships


• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness


• Skilled in process improvement and project management


• Passionate and proactive, with a can do attitude
