A savings & investment solutions company is seeking a Broker Support Officer to join their dynamic sales team, providing key administrative support to ensure seamless broker onboarding and ongoing relationships

The Role

You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and maintaining strong broker relationships


  • Maintain and update broker files, ensuring accurate records

  • Assist with onboarding brokers, setting up terms of business, and processing cancellations

  • Support the migration and clean-up of broker data

  • Review and update procedures to enhance efficiency

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders

  • Take ownership of administrative tasks and resolve queries effectively



About You

You are a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service


  • Experience in sales, financial services, or insurance (preferred)

  • Knowledge of offshore financial markets and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel
