Play a key role in delivering project support services and maintaining high standards of governance
- Assist Programme and Project Managers with project initiation and documentation
- Monitor and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Support the Change team in enhancing PMO maturity and capability
- Prepare reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
- Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and templates
About You
You are a proactive and analytical individual with a strong understanding of project frameworks and governance
- Some experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Analyst role
- Working towards or holding relevant project management qualifications such as ISEB, Prince2, or P30
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders
