- Process high-value trades across multiple asset types
- Investigate and analyse dealing errors to improve processes
- Handle complex and technical investment queries
- Train and mentor new team members
- Ensure regulatory compliance within dealing operations
- Provide investment-related guidance and support to colleagues
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong investment knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
- Some experience in a dealing or investments role
- Strong understanding of investment products and processes
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Hold or be working towards a CISI or IOC qualification
- Strong communication skills and ability to support colleagues
