- Provide first, second, and some third-line IT support across multiple office locations
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Server environments, including build, migration, and ongoing support
- Administer and optimise Office 365, Azure Infrastructure, AD, Intune, and SAAS applications
- Support virtualisation platforms, particularly Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI
- Configure and manage SQL and SQL managed instance solutions
About You
You are a proactive IT professional with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach to support
- Expertise in Microsoft Server administration, Office 365, and Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI
- Experience with Azure networking, Azure Defender, and SAAS applications
- Understanding of SQL configuration and data warehousing solutions
- Familiarity with Dell backup, replication, storage, and VDI solutions is advantageous
