Are you an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in your career? An innovative private client, corporate and fund administration service is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Trust & Corporate team, delivering high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in administering a complex portfolio of client trust and company structures


  • Manage all aspects of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring excellent service delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries

  • Prepare client meetings, draft minutes, and oversee transactional documentation

  • Support client onboarding and manage terminations and transfers

  • Coordinate payments and assist with financial accounts and investment portfolio reviews



About You

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for trust and corporate administration


  • Strong experience in an administrative role within fiduciary services

  • Working towards or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification (STEP, CGI)

  • Familiarity with client servicing platforms such as Viewpoint is an advantage
