- Develop and manage roster plans for assigned vessels in line with operational requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for sea staff, responding to queries and concerns
- Monitor crew qualifications and experience to maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Support the training and development of officers and crew members
- Oversee the processing of payroll, expenses, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate crew travel logistics and ensure timely transfers
- Support recruitment planning by identifying future staffing needs
About You

- Experience working within a maritime personnel or logistics role
