Are you detail-oriented and experienced in financial services? Our client is looking for a dedicated Senior Agency & Commissions Administrator to join their team.

The Role

Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in maintaining agency agreements and processing important updates


  • Review and process new Terms of Business application forms

  • Handle Annual Conduct of Business reviews

  • Process novation requests and agency changes

  • Set up new agencies across administrative systems

  • Manage updates such as director/shareholder changes, company name changes, and terminations



About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail


  • Some experience in financial services, reviewing AML/corporate documents

  • Understanding of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 and Customer Due Diligence requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and quality

  • An AML qualification would be desirable
