- Design and implement strategic procurement plans aligned to organisational goals
- Drive supplier performance and manage risk across the supplier ecosystem
- Develop, lead and enforce procurement policy and control environments
- Oversee audit and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks
- Run and refine the Procurement Oversight Committee
- Promote and embed best practices through training and development of the team
About You
You�ll bring vision, leadership and deep procurement knowledge to the table to guide a team and steer commercial success
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of procurement and supply chain management practices
- Experience in a procurement lead role ideally within regulated financial services
- Success in contract negotiation and running complex tendering activities
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management and procurement tooling
- Office 365 and FinOps or similar procurement systems experience
- Proven line management experience and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills
