An opportunity has arisen for a positive and proactive IT Service Desk Analyst with a large Life Assurance company based in Douglas.
The Role
Support our clients users and keep our systems running smoothly.
Providing first and second line Service Desk support across seven countries
Out of hours batch operations and support on a rota basis
Maintaining knowledge articles, policies, and procedures
General IT duties including equipment relocation, software installation, and hardware upgrades
About You
Bring your technical expertise and proactive attitude to our team
IT support experience on a technical service desk
Self-motivated with a positive attitude to change
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience troubleshooting complex issues
Proficient in supporting Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory
Clean driving licence for supporting users at our two Isle of Man offices
ITIL Foundation qualification and Financial Services experience beneficial
