- Arrange travel bookings and manage scheduling
- Handle personal and non-company expense payments through online banking
- Oversee aircraft licences and renewals
- Organise tradesmen for the office and various properties
- Ensure Directors receive all relevant documents and communications
- Submit annual returns and maintain important records
About You
You bring diverse office experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering excellent support
- Experience as a PA or in office management roles
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
- Proficient in online banking and financial transactions
- Ability to liaise effectively with company Directors and external contractors
- Adaptable, with a willingness to handle a varied workload
