- Serve as the first point of contact for members and Regional Sales Directors
- Build a deep understanding of members' businesses, goals, and objectives
- Foster positive relationships and become the trusted go-to contact for members
- Generate leads, upsell relevant services, and support sales teams in achieving revenue targets
About You
You are customer-focused, proactive, and thrive in fostering meaningful connections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in relationship management roles
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of card processing functions is desirable but not essential
