The Role

In this critical leadership position, you will oversee all regional finance operations, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional results

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the region


• Manage accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and global reporting standards


• Oversee treasury functions and counterparty risk management


• Lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring the successful execution of regional objectives


• Implement advanced data analytics and automation tools to enhance reporting and efficiency


• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate finance processes into commodity trading and industrial operations

About You

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) with extensive experience


• Deep understanding of accounting for commodity trading, derivatives, and currency exposures


• Strong knowledge of industrial commodity operations


• Proficient in advanced technology tools, including Power BI, data analytics, and automation solutions


• Proven track record in team leadership and people management


• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
