The Role

Take charge of leading and inspiring a high-performing customer service team


  • Manage a diverse team across single or multiple product lines

  • Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met

  • Develop team skills through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback

  • Leverage data insights to drive decisions and resource planning

  • Build collaborative partnerships to support overall business strategy

  • Ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory requirements



About You

You are a skilled people manager with expertise in customer service and a Can-Do attitude


  • Experience managing teams in a regulated environment preferably within financial services

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service processes, risk management, and data analysis

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence in prioritising tasks and making sound decisions

  • Familiarity with complaint handling and quality control
