The Role

Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in compliance assurance, regulatory oversight and policy development

• Support the Compliance Team in daily operations, ensuring regulatory adherence


• Conduct compliance assurance monitoring and report on key findings


• Identify, record and investigate compliance breaches while implementing solutions


• Assist in the preparation and delivery of compliance training across the organisation


• Maintain the Group Compliance Calendar to ensure timely reporting and submissions


• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate key changes


• Review and approve sales literature and company communications


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices in compliance

About You

You are a proactive compliance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

• Experience in a compliance function within a regulated financial services company


• Relevant compliance qualification or willingness to work towards one


• Knowledge of regulatory regimes in multiple jurisdictions


• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to deliver compliance training and guidance effectively


• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• A passion for risk management, internal control and corporate governance
