- Design and implement modern workplace and cloud solutions across Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid platforms
- Lead customer migrations from on premises to cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with account managers to align technical solutions with business goals
- Provide subject matter expertise on private and public cloud, DaaS, Teams, Teams Telephony and modern workplace services
- Drive pre-sales, solution design, and technical consultancy for enterprise clients
- Manage a small team of engineers to deliver high quality client implementations
- Support the development of future facing services through insight and innovation
- Contribute to forecasting and commercial planning for cloud services
About You
You bring hands on experience and strategic insight, ready to lead clients through cloud transformation.
- Professional qualifications in Microsoft, AWS or VMware cloud technologies
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Strong background in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and migrations
- Experience in customer facing consultancy, pre sales or technical architect roles
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, security, virtualisation and storage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
- Proactive, collaborative and customer centric mindset
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 and PCI DSS is an advantage
