The Role

Take the lead in transforming complex data into powerful insights that shape marketing success

• Collect, clean and process large datasets from internal systems and external sources


• Design data strategies focused on key demographics and practice areas


• Analyse client behaviour, market trends and competitor activity in the legal industry


• Create compelling visualisations and detailed marketing performance reports


• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop data-driven campaigns


• Monitor the client journey and analyse conversion and retention data


• Work closely with stakeholders to align insights with business objectives

About You

You are data-driven, strategically minded and passionate about marketing analytics

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field is essential


• Master's degree is preferred


• Strong experience in marketing data analysis, ideally within professional services


• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, campaign metrics and client segmentation


• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data


• Excellent communication skills with a flair for presenting data clearly to diverse audiences


• Experienced in data engineering, analysis and visualisation tools


• Understanding of legal marketing principles and performance measurement
