Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in payments processing? Our client is seeking a Payments Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic financial services environment

The Role

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of company payments and expenses


  • Process money in and out of company bank accounts with accuracy and efficiency

  • Handle payment-related queries from internal colleagues, external customers, and banking partners

  • Ensure invoices are processed and payments verified within service standards

  • Maintain strong working relationships with banks, business partners, and colleagues



About You

You are a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in financial services and payments processing


  • Strong experience in financial services, preferably in a payments processing role

  • Good working knowledge of international banking systems

  • Experience using accounts payable and accounting systems

  • Strong understanding of payments processes and controls

  • High attention to detail, especially when working with figures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
