Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance? A Multi Family Office and multi-jurisdictional trust and corporate services provider is looking for a File Review Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate completion of client entity reviews. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a highly respected organisation

The Role

You will play a key role in maintaining compliance and ensuring service excellence


  • Complete periodic and ad hoc client entity reviews

  • Document and manage action points from reviews

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the overall risk framework

  • Support and develop relationships within the wider team



About You

You will be highly organised with strong analytical skills and a methodical approach


  • Previous experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment

  • Professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA preferred

  • Strong knowledge of AML regulations, corporate governance, and risk management

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships

  • Experience with relevant software (Excel, Word, Outlook, ViewPoint, Laserfiche)
