If you have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you

The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring high service standards and commercial awareness


  • Manage client relationships with support from senior leadership

  • Administer all aspects of corporate and trust structures

  • Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day management of client relationships

  • Provide ongoing technical support to senior managers and leadership

  • Monitor work in progress, billing, and debtor management



About You

You will be a strong communicator with excellent technical knowledge and a client-focused approach


  • Working towards or attained a recognised professional qualification (ICSA, STEP)

  • previous experience in a relevant financial services environment

  • Strong technical expertise in trust and fiduciary structures

  • Highly organised with excellent commercial awareness

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and fiduciary management software (ViewPoint, Laserfiche)
