Play a key role in the AEOI reporting process and compliance procedures
- Monitor and control the AEOI reporting process annually
- Assist with the classification of client entities under AEOI regulations
- Provide support on CRS/FATCA requirements to fiduciary and administration teams
- Review self-certification forms from third parties
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date within internal systems
- Offer training and support to internal teams on AEOI compliance
- Engage with the Income Tax Division on reporting queries
About You
We are looking for a compliance professional with strong knowledge of AEOI regulations and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in a CRS/FATCA role
- Understanding of Isle of Man FATCA and CRS guidance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory legislation and industry FAQs
- Experience managing projects would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with accuracy
- Familiarity with ViewPoint software is desirable
- A proactive and professional approach to compliance and reporting
