- Review and process new Terms of Business application forms
- Handle Annual Conduct of Business reviews
- Process novation requests and agency changes
- Set up new agencies across administrative systems
- Manage updates such as director/shareholder changes, company name changes, and terminations
About You
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Some experience in financial services, reviewing AML/corporate documents
- Understanding of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 and Customer Due Diligence requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- An AML qualification would be desirable
