Description

Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for precision and payroll? A fast-paced telecoms and technology company is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their finance team, bringing strong payroll skills and a flair for financial control.

The Role

Take the lead in delivering key finance and payroll responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions


  • Oversee month-end management accounting processes including accruals, prepayments, stock, and fixed assets

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts with supporting financial analysis

  • Support tax submissions and external financial reporting

  • Maintain accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations and assist with Treasury functions

  • Submit returns and reconcile payroll and tax accounts with income tax, social insurance and pension authorities

  • Liaise closely with HR to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance



About You

Bring your accounting expertise and payroll knowledge to a dynamic and supportive finance environment


  • Management accounting experience is essential

  • A professional accounting qualification or studying towards one, or significant relevant experience

  • Strong payroll processing skills and understanding of monthly payroll operations

  • High proficiency in financial systems, IT and Excel

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time and projects effectively

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Desirable: experience within telecoms or technology sector

  • Desirable: exposure to accounting packages and systems
